Slum in Agra Road (Jaipur)

Jaipur is the capital of the indian state of Rajasthan.In the north of India, is situated at 430 m above sea level and 260 km from the city of Delhi,in a basin protected by the chain of Ärâvali.

It has a population of 3073350 inhabitants , with a density of 15336 inhabitants / km2 .Also of note is an area of 20040 hectares.

Agra road is a slum area of about 5,000 families.

A single school to provide schooling for 1000 children.

The houses are deteriorated by the weather. most of the population live with an open roof fault not to be able to repair.

Kenscoff is a commune of Haiti located in the West department , and in the district of Port-au-Prince. Populated 52-232.

The social indicators show a country in a state of general poverty, however, the situation is more glaring if one looks at the level of life in rural areas compared to the general conditions of the inhabitants living in the urban areas.

Kenscoff does not escape this reality, in spite of the numerous luxury mansions of the rich families in port-au-prince that are in it. However in certain areas the inhabitants continue to do their physiological need is the floor, not drinking water.

CEREN, local association who work on place since 1975 in favor of the poor will work with us in the framework of cooperation in order to better understand the needs of its people.

The nutritional recovery centre (CEREN) is a non-governmental institution non-profit working in the areas of education, culture and health. It was founded in July 1975 by a group of american missionary in a difficult context where the country was facing a political crisis that substantially affects its capacity for intervention in terms of satisfaction of the social needs of groups most disadvantaged.

We plan to visit Haiti in June 2016, for a state of affairs in order to consider the different steps of the projects mentioned above.
